I have Raq 4 , my frontpage server not working. but i enable frontpage also put password.
when I login it say author permission username and password. even if i put username and password. again and again.

please help

username must = webmaster - are you using webmaster, or putting in some other username?

Username MUST be "webmaster"

The password setup in in the site managemt options were you activate frontpage extensions.
If you activate it, you can set a password.
