I signed up with Netacore this afternoon and hadn't received a confirmation. I e-mailed them to see how long it takes to sign up for an account since their site doesn't have any FAQ's regarding using their services. Then I came here to see if anyone had any experience with them and what do I see??? A 4-5 page thread of complaints about downtime at the top of the page!!! GRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!   Why do I ALWAYS sign up with the worst hosting companies!?

Can anyone recommond a TRUSTWORTHY host that doesn't charge a high fee? Do they even exist!?

After switching from Netacore, I am now with SurrenderOnline, which I find their support is there when I need it.

I will host all my main sites over there.

if you're just looking for a host , i recommend phpwebhosting . If you need a resellers account , i use splashhost . Both companies have done right by me . Just a suggestion

I was with phpwebhosting till about a year ago. Good company, only they advertised unlimited transfer (dunno if they still do) and then set a limit in the small print. Support and hosting were top notch though...

i've only been with hostworkz for about a week, however, so far their support & service is A+. their much better than webhosting.com who i was with previously. i think hostworkz also have reseller accounts if that's what you are after. you may have to ask them tho.

as for netacore, it looks like their just going thru some growing pains, which all hosts go thru at some time.

I chatted with Netacore about downtime and such, and they were really apologetic-- it seems they had a rough week, so I don't blame them. It seems like they really want to help too. They also monitor domains hosted by them closely, like one day I uploaded a screwed up version of Formmail, and the next day they told me it's corrupted and that they deleted it for me. So they do actually spend a lot of time.
All hosts go through some problems like this. I guess I can't expect much from a cheap host-- to get a more stable one you must pay a whooole lot more.

We have had a significant website hosted on a shared hosting plan at http://www.Site5.com for over a year. I don't have to check the site every day to see if its running.

Nuff said?

Their support didn't answer me for about one week... I have surplus account there and want to cancel it... But I don't know why it still there... they have answer me one time and told me that they will cancel it immediately. After then they didn't answer me anymore... I don't know if my credit card will be charged several times more or not... a lil confusing... any help?
