Hello, would you be more likely to buy a reseller package if it included numerous quality host management programs?(helpdesk, livechat, accounting software ect.)

i would say yes, well depending on how much more it costs, purely because it saves time having to set up all that stuff afterwards at additional costs.

You would probably need to raise your prices quite a bit ...since most probably you will need to do a custom installation for each client, which can take up quite some time if you have 30 or 40 signups/day ...or even with 10.

Most people choose hosts that offer the most...

No the prices won't be raised at all. It is just a matter of offering people more for there money. Most people will be able to handle installation themselves, if not our techs will take care of it.

Also, the programs will only be able to be used on our servers, because alot of people would just sign up with one of our low cost reseller plans just to take advantage of the free programs. Some of these programs are around the $500 range.

For instance, the Live Chat script is also windows based, so the person can chat to a tech straigt from there desktop :)

Also I will like to add that we will have more than enough techs top handle the load, enough so we are going to guarantee a 45 monute response time to your questions :)
