Looking for a VB skin designer/coder who can do either of these two things:

1. Design a custom skin and code it for the newest version of VB.
2. Customize a pre-designed/coded VB skin (work may include new icons, images, header, or new color scheme)

Price Range is undecided. I'm not all that familiar with what prices are for these type of services so shoot me your best offers.

Don't forget to also mention your previous work and portfolio. (doesn't have to be actual VB skins)
