Anybody got an idea how else I can contact Kayako to get my helpdesk? I emailed them and I sent in a bunch of tickets with no response. For a while I thought it was my mail server but I used my hotmail and gmail account and still no reply.
I've heard a few people had this problem before. I know there wasn't a problem with payment because I got those emails confirming that the payment was processed.
Anybody got a phone number I can call or even a reseller I can go through to get better service?

Makes me wonder what happened to that "50 seat call center" that delayed everything last winter. We were told it was finally done and they were assembling the furniture quite some time ago...
Was the support center launched?
