we ordered one 4 days ago, and got a 48-hour setup guarantee but haven't received it till now. and not a word in 2 days.

While Mr. Glenn Lee appears so helpful before becoming a client, I wanted to make everyone aware of how he handles your account after becoming one.


Hardware replacement guarantee?
- We had an unfortunate mishap of hardware failure (motherboard). Mr. Lee decided that instead of offering a replacement to get us up and running, said he would *mail* the hardware (motherboard) to the manuafacturer to be *fixed*! Meanwhile, we are down, and was down for about 1 week! He offered no temporary replacement to get us up and running for the interval. He said he could only offer us a 'refund'

Service?
Then, to add insult to injury, after he got us finally back up, suspended our account two days later (took the server back down) for being 'past-due'! He says we were about 7 days late - yes, only 7 days late! BUT I had never received any notice of account being due, and besides, we certainly never received any warnings at all.

Promises?
Before we registered with Swiftroute, we made it clear we needed pacific net bandwidth only (because of better routing to indonesia), and he gave us that without any problem and delivered it. Last week however, without any warning or even telling us at all, *moved* us to other bandwidth provider. After approaching him about this, simply replied to us that if we now wanted that bandwidth, we would have to pay extra - and said it's now called "Premium Bandwidth"! Pacific net? Come on now!

- Support is mostly only available by email, and sometimes delayed - especially if a reboot is needed.
