Id like a ticket system, and a knowledgebase. alecf 07-02-2006, 11:09 AM I found a very good live support system which i use. It can track your visitors so you know what page they are viewing and how they got to your site etc. You can also get a free client for it. The whole script is also free. Search google for crafty syntax live support Trophimus 07-02-2006, 11:14 AM I use www.intellodesk.com - It has a knowledgebase, and ticketing system along with a few extra bells and wistles. Its rather affordable as well. A lot of companies are using www.cerberus.com (Free for one e-mail) and www.kayako.com (rather expensive). I have some experience with both and Kayako is one of the better ones out of the bunch. Comes with everything that meets your requirments. Ariel74 07-02-2006, 01:28 PM I prefer SupportTrio (www.activecampaign.com); it works well, and is easy to install and configure. rocketcity 07-02-2006, 06:23 PM We use Auracle Support Engine (http://www.auraclesupport.com). It has a knowledgebase, ticketing system, live chat and more. We have been using it for the past 7 months and have been very satified. VER-Mo 07-02-2006, 09:04 PM In my experience these are the best: Free: SupportLogic Paid: Kayako eSupport monfield 07-03-2006, 08:20 AM I'd definitely recommend Kayako...has all the features you're asking for and also has cool features like a chat component, pda version and desktop alerting tool for new tickets, etc. matt4 07-03-2006, 08:37 AM I recommend Kayako too! Great piece of software. If you are looking for a free solution try HCL it's what we used before kayako :). Exon 07-03-2006, 08:59 AM I would highly recommend IntelloDesk (www.intellodesk.com). It has the looks, features, updates, and the best ticket system/knowledge base I've seen in my experience. And I've tried several different paid/free help desks. Alex 07-03-2006, 09:11 AM I use Kayako and IntelloDesk, and Kayako is a clear winner. IntelloDesk is promising, however it lacks a few features that Kayako has, and it lacks configuration options. Kayako has everything and works flawlessly. Alex Mini 07-03-2006, 09:16 AM We use Cerberus (http://www.cerberusweb.com). Mini AcBush 07-03-2006, 10:52 AM Kayako and IntelloDesk. Kayako I prefer, but Intello is well too... Artashes 07-03-2006, 12:34 PM I don't agree that Kayako or Cerberus are better than IntelloDesk. I have used all three, and neither Kayako or Cerberus has any clear advantage over IntelloDesk, if not otherwise. IntelloDesk has produced a solid platform. Sure, they do not have 25 full-time developers working on it, but the features they have introduced or will introduce with the next release (look at dev's forum) outmatch the other two named by a mile. I also spoke with one of the IntelloDesk developers and they will be integrating a couple of really amazing Web 2.0 features I can't wait to put my hands on! My $0.02. Best, |
