I propouse this:

that we who sale on-line create a black list of those customers who swindle us.
a data base on-line which we could consult, maybe world wide.

so we be ready not to accept payments from bad customers, and avoid charge backs, its horrible, it seems as if the money they pay you is never really yours, you just can have a charge back at any time and what can you do? just give the money back, sometimes when u have already worked hard for it, that's plain robbery.

If you use good fraud detection techniques and processes, it is possible to drastically reduce your amount of fraud. Every online seller should do this, as well as include the cost of fraud into the cost of doing online business.

An online "blacklist" is a good idea, but impossible to (legally) implement.

Problem #1: What is to stop me from listing YOUR name?
