I am very troubled with your-site.com

I recently signed up for their $5.00 package and have confirmed their mail for confirmation.

That was 29th May 2002 and from then on, neither the domain is registered nor i received any ftp codes.

I contacted all of those sales and support email addresses i found on the website with no luck.

I had no option but to get on to forum on scream...


WHY ARE THEY DOING THIS??????

Your-site has apparently been having some issues since Jason (the head honcho) died back in early/mid-April or so. It says their setup time runs from 8-20 hours during business hours (M-F, 8-6), but I imagine that it might take longer these days.

Have you tried emailing them? Maybe they sent it out, but it got lost along the way.

I am a your-site customer as well and I have had a few problems with them over the last month or so! but I will still stick with them:
the two support persons at your-site are swamped right now because of the recent changes to the mail system. they have dropped the old one in favor of a better mailserver this past week and there are a few hundred customers having set-up problems with the new system.
I guess they want to solve the current issues before setting up any new accounts.
anyways, you can try to go to their member forums and post there for a faster reply because as far as I know, their admins do not frequent WHT.

give them a chance to solve the problem before dropping them. I have literally experienced 100% uptime with them according to my bots and they do deliver what they promise
