I am starting a web host biz. People register domains from domain registrats. Their domains are registered immediately if the domains are available and immediately deduct the amount from the credit card.

As a web hosting company, we want our job to be simple. My idea here is, my webhosting package consists with a free domain.. How do I make my site:
1) check the domain availability
2) Register the domain
3) Deduct the total web hosting package cost from Credit Card
4) Creation of webhosting account

Anyone could offer me an idea? thanks..

Your best bet is to become a reseller of one of the big registrars. They will run all the backend scripts for you and even allow you to customize the signup forms, pages etc...

Companies that I would use that offer this are:
dotster.com
godaddy.com
opensrs.com

Unless you want to dole out the 25 000 (correct me if i'm wrong) to become a registrar then this is your only viable option.

Im fairly sure that you can configure an on-site form (another line in the signup form) that will check the registrar's scripts so that you can integrate it all into a one step process.
