i had this somewhere in my favorites. of course i have like a million favorites and i can't seem to find it. it was a website which you type in a web URL and it rates the sites download speed and gives comments like "too many graphics you should cut down on the ammount of graphics cause 56kers will expierence extrmeely low download times" etc

i want to run my improved layout through it to see what it rates but i can't find the site.
