we had purchased the propanelsystems.com helpdesk three days ago .

But till now i didnot receive any license to download !

i tried to contact them via tickets and contact form ... But its all the same ... no response !

Is anyone else in a similar position?

Is anyone know a phone number to call them ?


any thoughts?

This company is so strange with me. Never hear about them.
Try to give them an offline message on their live chat system, or post your questions on their forum. Most of software companies support so lack ( like Kayako ) ! Just wait !

I think my best choice to refund my money !

do a search on the forum for them, you will see ALOT of threads like this. I think you are going to have to do a chargeback not a refund request

Did you pay with paypal? If you did show them your evidence, and ring them. They will probably give you the refund. Just make sure you ring them, or contact them seperatly with their form.

I've charged back once for a service for me, and once for a friend, and both times i got a refund.
