I have not been able to get to their site for over 30min now :(

As well I can't get to the helpdesk and ALL my sites hosted with them are down....

Yea it's been an hour and half, and they are still down.. Site does not work for me either.

Pings to wizardshosting.com are timing out for me, too.

The main router blade is fry .. as of this moment it is beeing replaced with the spare one :(

What sucks for me is that I just paid for some newsletter advertising that went out today (for our forum). Many that click on the link and see a "down" site probably won't try again :(

1+ hours of downtime can do a lot of damage to a site.

I know you are doing the best you can to get this fixed. :)

Yeah, it is frustrating .. unfortunately it is one of those problems you allways pray it never happens to your worst enemy (a router getting fry) ..

we testign the replacement right now, so you will see intermitent up/down bursts
