Could a dedicated RaQ3 adequately support a mailing list with about 3000 users that puts out 10-20 MB of messages posted per month (that's up to 60 GB of outgoing traffic)?
This sort of traffic can be very bursty. If someone posts a 200kb message, then that's 500 MB of data that has to be sent out.
There is no CGI or PHP involved here; just simple message forwarding.
