I installed Idevaffiliate a weeks back or so but now I forgotten the main pass to login and there is no option to get it retrieved. I have contacted them but there seems to be no response from them regarding this.

If someone is using this software and has an insight to this unusual problem please let me know thanks again...

I'm sure idev can help you with this.... keep pestering them and they're bound to respond.

Try using a different email address when sending your support request to them.... just in case they didn't receive your intial request (perhaps spam filters, etc grabbed it).

Yeah I am willing to pay them anythng provided they respond asap. I have sent them a couple of tickets again to see if it works this time!

Good luck getting through... I had at least two tickets opened over the last few months which were closed without any response or notice.

I finally was able to get my script running, at least as far as I can tell. On one hand it looks very nice and I see why many recommend it, but the lack of support and the way things are handled are unacceptable and I'd have a hard time putting my reputation on the line to recommend anyone to them.
