Looks like a very disgruntled customer to me.... Seems like he experienced a lot of problems from Host Rocket..

After much thought and discussion with others regarding my frustrations with HostRocket, on July 18, 2001 I registered the domain HostRocketSucks.com as a forum to express my experience with HostRocket.

I will give you the facts not an opinion. Gary Ryan was an angry, frustrated ex customer of ours who over a year ago had a hosting account with us, which he did not have the slightest clue how to use.

Instead of taking the normal route to get support for his hosting account, he proceeded to flood our forums with complaints which were removed as they were against our very clearly stated forum rules, and then started a website which you quoted which he then filled up with false statements because apparently that makes him feel good. He needed a place to let his frustration with dealing with computers out, and decided to do so making a website.

Gary Ryan? I think that rings a bell, I seem to recall him going nuts on the HR forums a while ago... HostRocket is a very different company now than what they were a year ago, I wouldn't take anything Gary says to heart.
