I am interested in creating the website for you/your company.
I have already created a general template, and have created two links (main page, and policies).
I put in policies, so you can see how it looks with large content.
Ofcourse everything is customizable, you will recieve .PSDs (original photoshop source files) and .htmls.
I will charge 75$ for the template its self, .htmls (.psd).
I will charge $90-100 to put in the content, depending on if its the same content, or new material.

What happened to asking for proposals with bids? It isn't fair that you ask talented designers to design you templates and then YOU set the price. That's not how this industry works.

The designer can choose not to sell it at the proposed price I guess.

I never told anywhere that I will set the price. The designer has the right on what amount would he like to sell his design.


All I said was, when we get atleast a dozen entries, I will post those URL's in WHT and have you people chose the best design. We will then pay the design accordingly.

I created another design.
I worked on a general design, but Im not going to make the sample pages, simply becuase I do not have the time.
If you like it more then my first (http://rd.d2g.biz/gs) design, I will create the pages for you etc.
