Hello,

there's currently 1 IP included, however, in 2 months exactly you can have up to 20 additional IPs per server for free.

We support (nearly) all Linux-OS + Windows Server 2003 (you can choose the system you want when ordering your server).

CP costs 39,99 Euros per month.

As all servers are in customers' hands or in a pending-status we don't have a fileserver, sorry. Please just load any files on our homepage (including webcam-streaming) :-)

Best regards

Hello again,

you can use different nameservers (also our nameservers) or wait 2 months until we can offer more IPs per server (it's a technical question).
We don't offer directadmin, but for example: CPanel, Plesk, Confixx, Ensim Pro, Webmin... :-)

You state that :

" there's currently 1 IP included, however, in 2 months exactly you can have up to 20 additional IPs per server for free."

Was this a typo or will you really offer that number of IP addresses.

Additionally, do you charge for OS reloads?

Ardeo

Also, how much of the unmetered bandwidth is usable?

I haven't read your TOS yet, but do you allow IRC servers and/or heavy bandwidth usage?

Hello,
Is shoutcast allowed on the servers?
Can i use it to stream files?
Can I really use the 100mbit's?

MMEDV

Hello,

@ Ardeo: It was no typo, this number of IP-adresses will be available if needed :-)

We charge a one-time-fee of 30 Euros for a OS reload, instead you also can order a remote-reinstall-interface for 10 Euros per month (with which you can re-install your server on your own with many different operating systems).

You can use as much bandwidth as you want, there is no virtual limit.

@ Erikw:
a) shoutcast is allowed
b) yes
c) you can use as much as you want

How many is sharing the 100mbit connection?
How much can i expect to get?

MMEDV
06-27-2006, 10:22 AM
@ balle442:

a) there's no constant value. Instead, we always connect as many servers to one line as possible with regard to the speed on each server: It's our main-purpose to offer a good speed to any customer, also during the peak-times etc.

b) down (from the server): usually 10-50 mbit/s ; up: usually 30-100 mbit/s

What support do you offer? Say, if my server goes down or my SSH daemon isn't accepted connections, how do I get in contact with a tech representative?

Also, what speed is the line that the servers are connected to?

Ardeo
06-27-2006, 10:42 PM
Additionally, what about reboots?

I understand SSH based reboots can be done, however do you allow any web-based reboots?

MMEDV
06-28-2006, 05:34 AM
@ Ardeo:

if you server goes down you can either reboot it on your own with the remote-reboot-interface (10 Euros per month) or you can just contact us via mail, telephone or Live-Chat. This is no problem, someone is there in the service department everyday.

All servers are connected to a 100mbit/s-port.

Reboots are free, doesn't matter if it's you or us who is rebooting :-)

Best regards

As for the remote installation tool, are there any limits to the OS' we can load? (Provided that they are compatible with the server hardware)

Ardeo

Oh, and I was referring to the speed of the line that the cluster of servers share. :)
