Has anybody else had trouble with Qwest/Touchamerica? We have had a DS-3 ready to go for weeks but they have yet to light it. We have been customers for years so I find this a bit puzzling.

They are usally pretty good. They do however run slow at times but if its taken them weeks this does seem kind of odd.
