Most registrars who open up reseller programs precisely to put the burden of support of the retail client to the reseller. Now you want to turn it on it's head :) Having said that, with Dotster's reseller, the program supports it's reseller's clients. But that's maybe why they charge the reseller $12 a domain. I have a few days now studying the reseller program and tried their demo account. They have a great variation of products and services at a very aggressive pricing! That only applies if you do not already have an AdWords account and it's only valid for the 1st 15 days after you sign-up.
