I've been trying to get the custom error message for a webserver running IIS5 to work with IE. But, IE seesm to be loading its default error message page even though I've already changed this for the particular website in question.

But, in netscape it works fine???

Any suggestions

That happens when IE has the 'Show Friendly HTTP errors' option checked to 'On' (Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced). There's no way to circumvent it except to appeal to your visitors to have the damn thing switched off.
