Hi,

Does anyone use the WorldPay Garantee service to make sure transactions are "fraud" free and if you do get a charge back they will pay for it (upto £250).

I've just found out that some kid has had £400 ordered in hosting through my site (in separate £99 accounts over a month) and I'm not sure if it's fraud or he's trying to get out it but they've atempted a charge back and I've been contacted by the bank. However I have all the invoices and confirmations emails that were sent to him and the sites are in use.

Does anyone know where I stand? (The address, etc was correct and his address).

Does WorldPay Garantee cover you for this sort of thing and if so could I sign up now and have myself covered for stuff that was 3 months back?

Thanks,

David

I applied for the WorldPay Guarantee service a few months back but got refused :(

If you don't provide any 'tangible goods', i think was the term they used, then they are not willing to guarantee you. They said they were working on a similar service for service providers but i haven't heard anything of it yet.
