Hi,

I'm using CS2 at work and noticed a shift-click command I use on version 7 doesn't work on CS2

It's the layer selection command.

eg; LAYER 5 is a circle. If I hold shift and click on layer 5 on the layer panel, it will select the shape of the circle but not actually change to layer 5 so that I can use the circle selection and cut out the circle on another layer.

It's hard to explain but hopefully someone understands what I mean. I've tried to look it up but with no luck. It's a very important command for me, I just can't do anything special without it!

Thanks,

I believe it's CTRL+CLICK now :) Also CTRL+SHIFT+CLICK allows you to select mulitple layers without changing layer. Hope that helps :)
