For example, 20 domains have dissapeared from my account, it's the third time this happens and when i say them that 20 domains have dissapeared, they ask me to investigate which are the domains, luckily i have my own records and had to waste about an hour to know which were the lost domains.
This last time, after 3 days, still not resolved, as they are not locked, i'm starting to transfer out the missing domains, this way, they will never lost them again.
I feel my domains are not safe with registerfly, time to move on.

Man, what you want is almost impossible...
Good and reliable (but NOT cheap) are:
- Moniker;
- Stargate;
- NetSol.
Try NameCheap, perhaps it's what you're looking for.

Woeful - Thats sums them up, I'd rather spend the extra dollar and go with a decent registrar

IMHO is something wronhhere... i have not ptoblems with domains called org and info, but yes with the .com, and 3.25 transfer was good.
The one and only time i had an issue with them (failed registration) their responses to my open ticket were courteous and I got my refund after only about 2 or 3 replies from me (reasonable imho). So my experience of their ticketing system is favorable.
However, there are way to many horror stories on this forum for me to seriously consider them as a registrar.

depends how you define 'better'
NameCheap are an Enom reseller, so you'll get about the same features, except their whoisguard is much better than Enom's privacy. You'll get a slightly cheaper price if you use their coupon codes. Personally, I think Enom's control panel is the best out there. Clean and superfast.
