I moved all three of my domains from Jodohost to 1&1 on June 20. But as of right now, only two of them are showing the pages uploaded on 1&1. The third site, despite showing 1&1's nameservers on whois, still resolves to Jodohost.
Is there any reason for this? Does it sometimes actually take this long? I should mention that it was resolving to 1&1 on and off for the first two days.

This is perhaps of one of your ISP nameservers is caching DNS results. Try conneting via proxy.

I had this problem too with 1&1 domains. They just take a long time for the DNS to update. For me I had a domain that took 5 days (not to mention the 15 days it took to transfer the domain). 1&1 is really cheap so you get what you paid for. I later moved to a DirectI reseller that did DNS updates almost instantly, but is a lot more money.

when you got a couple hundred domains, three bucks more is a lot :). It ain't a lot per domain, which is why I moved, but it adds up.

I suggest change to the mydomain.com is quickly the refresh ( 2-3 hours ).
Try anonymouse.org or www.dnsstuff.com tu see where is really your domain, the first is a proxy, the second a useful tool.

Whoops. I forgot to mention my registrar is GoDaddy, 1&1 is only my host.
