I'm consulting for a company and am no longer able to assist with their needs, so I'm helping them find a new Jack of All Trades...
Independant Record Company is seeking a part-time contract Web Designer / Dedicated Server Admin / Tech support person to handle all their web site needs. They currently have a web site that is designed in Dreamweaver MX 2004 with a custom template. For now they want someone to update their current site (news, pictures, music clips) and potentially develop a new web site in the future. They also need someone to fully manage/administer a new dedicated server for them, meaning setup/config/secure/monitor the server and handle the small office staff tech support issues.
This job could be split into 2, one designer/webmaster and then a contracted server admin, if you can recommend any admin services to handle their server.
Requirements:
Be over 18 years of age.
Have 2+ years of experience in web development or college diploma in Web Design.
Experience with Photoshop 7.0+, Dreamweaver MX 2004 or higher, Audio file conversion software, FTP, web host control panels, basic script installation.
Excellent communications skills, prompt email response, availability via phone.
Prefer someone with CSS, PHP, MySQL, Flash / Action Script expertise.
