I have signed up recently and I have found that 20% of orders inspite marked by 2CO as genuine, are still fraud, and when we send them a form to send us back signed for proof of delivery, no body replies.

When I asked 2CO, to tell me steps that they take into consideration for verification, they did not tell me anything. I dont know what to do now, in today's business, no body earns more then 30% profit from sales, and having such huge 20% chargebacks or fraud orders puts me into trouble.

Is there any insurance for this?

Not any insurance that I am aware of, but you might try the guys over at Fraudgate.com to see if they have a solution for you.

The guys at 2CO just don't want to reveal methods they use to detremine fraud, because if everybody know how they determine frauds they will be easily cheated..

Well their methods are failing now, what i found is, they only determine fraud for first time and once you have account with them, they do not do fraud check again and reason is then customers use someone else's card to make fraud orders. 30% of orders have been found after being not detected as fraud by 2CO
