Hi guys,

Modernbill support have taken over 2 days to respond so I thought I would ask here.

I use Worldpay to accept my payments. When the client is billed via futurepay, MB will register the payment under "Register Balance". But the "Invoices Due" does not change to $0 automatically.

Eg
Register Balance: [8] $9.95
Invoices Due: [1] $9.95

One of my clients has been sent the suspension notice 2x now, after he has already paid. Not a very good look for me!


Any ideas how to fix this?
