If you go to netsol.com and type in blahblahhost.com it will not only show you if the name is taken but it will bring up a list of names you might consider. There is also an area where you can see good names people have for sale. This might help you get the creative juices flowing. YOu might even get luck and have netsol produce a name you like.

Before any suggestions I think it would be good to know who your target market is going to be?

Are you thinking of a particular logo or slogan?

so, have you come up with a name :)?

Don't name your company based on some name you can find on the internet, do some market research, who is your target. What kind of name do you want to have? What image will your name give your customers?

I recently went through a logo-brand redevelopment process with a professional graphic designer/marketer, and did some hard thinking about my business, what my logo represents, and what my [business] name means to people.

If you put very little thought into your name, and base your company solely off the domain name, you probably don't have much forethought into your business, with any long-term planning for growth.

Name your business first, then design your logo and brand, then find your domain name. Your domain does not have to be the same as your company name. And it does not have to be available. If you have a good company name, and no one else is using it, then you most likely will have no problem securing your domain name to match your company name. Even if it is being squatted on by another company. Besides, if it is a good brand, and you are really investing into your company's future, even if it is being squatted, a $1000 or so to secure a GOOD brand domain for your business will be worth it in the long run.
