I just tried to send them an email today and I got an error that it could not send the message to their email address. I thought that Layerone.com was good? Is there any customers of them who have problems with support? How much do they charge for rackspace and bandwidth? I would tend to doubt that as i know some of their largest customers and ive toured their facility. For instance yahoo is one of their customers, etc etc. I know alexander too as well as one of the sales reps.
