I can suspect WWD will send you a list of their resellers if you'll ask nicely enough. Then you'll be able to search for their deals yourself.

GD's reseller deals are way close to GD itself since they complete with their resellers.

Yea. And I think giving annual fees is not a quite a profitable business in case if I can't sell a single domain.
