When I restart my VPS.System Services doesn't starts.I am using vituozzo and plesk.Also Plesk doesn't start..And My horde says that the passsword is wrong although it is true..Php mail function doesn't send messages immidiately.One more problem: In Vbulletin bbcodes cannot be used.

What sould I do for setting boot option?Are all that problem about boot problem?
