As many of your know, Cedant has recently started moving domains from Alabanza servers to their own new servers which have many problems.
They are refusing to answer customer service emails and even refusing to cancel accounts as they are moved to other hosting companies.
I would be interested in hearing from any other affected parties wishing to join in a class action suit. I am local to them and am willing to coordinate an action against them.
I would also encourage affected parties to contact the Northern California Better Business Bureau at:

Cedant is a member of this BBB so multiple complaints may get their attention.
