Has anyone else had the problem where it will not send email confirmations for new tickets to the selected email address. When I check it to send an email notificatoin in the Admin area, save it, but then go back to it, it is unchecked. It is really tiresome to keep refreshing the helpdesk. :(

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What version are you running?

It was the version before the last release. Not sure exactly. Would upgrading to the new versoin fix the problem ?
