after installing ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/contrib/binaries/RaQ4-RaQ3-POP-before-Relay-1.3pre2.pkg i get an error message when i try to change a password on an existing user. the message says "a root web must be enabled in the site setting menu". anyone know what that means?
