I think that there is a simple HTML script out there, are you looking to earn money from the listings, because a lot of advertisment companys offer this, like

You could do a frame with a search for your username if you wanted the actual eBay page to load inside yours.

Its easy just go to ebay type your search then find the rss or xml button on the bootm by the Tools: and use it as your feed it makes it simple.
