Hello all,

I have a server running Plesk 8.0.1 on CentOS 4.2. In general, to keep a server up to date I would run 'yum update' periodically. However, should this still be done when Plesk is running on the server, or is that liable to break things. If so, is the updater within the Plesk GUI typically sufficient to keep up with security fixes and the like?

I just ran 'yum update' and it upgraded the OS to CentOS 4.3. Plesk appears to be running okay but I don't doubt it may break (this is a test system only!). What is the best way to lock down and update a server when it has Plesk installed?
