Typhoon 05-30-2002, 08:58 AM There isn't much to say, if he doesn't get it -
Ask him to upload several 700mb files and see what happens.
Techark 05-30-2002, 09:00 AM ask him to go to the local puter store and buy an unlimited hard disk. If he can buy one then he can have unlimited storage.

xirus 05-30-2002, 09:01 AM :puke: unlimited
Right-Host 05-30-2002, 09:06 AM All fair comments, i've told him all of these.
i'm going to reffer anyone offering or buying 'unlimited' anything here in the future.
His argument is now is that he didn't say Hard Disc space, he said web space, lmfao!!
And now he knows what webspae is he believes that they can fit an unlimited number of hard discs in his magical server.. then they can use more than one server.. it wouldn't be a re-seller any more it'd be a whole rack just for him!
Techark 05-30-2002, 09:11 AM tell him to sign up with HostOnce then they offer unlimited web space an bandwidth for $4.95 a month. I am sure he will enjoy the experience.:D

Chicken 05-30-2002, 01:03 PM Tell him to save $3.95 off that price and go for that 1dollarhosting thingy...
TopDog07 05-30-2002, 04:40 PM heh heh... Wonder what HostOnce would do if someone asked for 160GB of storage, and 100GB of bandwith per month at $4.95

Rotifer 05-30-2002, 05:35 PM We have a series of plans that offer unlimited disk space. They send us an e-mail when they need another 1GB of space so we can stay ahead of demand. We haven't had anyone go crazy with it.
AcuNett 05-30-2002, 05:38 PM He's funny. :stickout

Just wait - he'll see.
wolvesfanuk 06-01-2002, 07:42 AM Unlimited bandwidth - I think this term has been taken out of context for far too long. The term should be defined as to whether or not a host imposes any bandwidth restriction on the domains they host and not whether a domain can use as much bandwidth as they like. It's stupid to say anyone can use unlimited bandwidth as servers simply can't take an infinite amount of data transfer. A server hosting say 1000 sites will be seriously inhibited if 1 or two domains are using in excess of 3 Gig a day of bandwidth...just my opinion but seems to make sense?
Incognito 06-02-2002, 11:08 PM I'll be glad to offer it...of course, at unlimited prices.
alchiba 06-02-2002, 11:14 PM I'll offer unlimited Web space, but for a limited time.
P.S. - What does Incognito do with all those hosting companies he buys?
pgrote 06-03-2002, 12:24 AM Here, here ... I would love to know what Incognito is up to as well.
First off, it's damn cool. If I could devote my day to buying assets I would love it.
Second, he awlays beats me to the best deals.
So, let's hear it. Let's rip the veil off.
Who is that masked man and what is he doing?

how about unlimited terms of service.
Roy@ENHOST 06-06-2002, 10:07 AM Thats why they call it hostonce,
