I am with alwayswebhosting resolving to rackshack (EV1)

Downloads of exe installers and zip get about 1/4 done and end without downloading full size.
I only have about 5 different files at about 3MB maximum size.
Some web pages show as binary garbage sometimes.
Also for some people the screen shots only half appear as cut in half images.

No-one else has answers but others have claimed they have the same problem on their hosted servers I assume are on rackshack.

I got no further than one Email replied to from the host about added services I required to handle my usage (as the server was not handlng it) and the support ticket system does not recognise my E-mail.
It has happened from day one and I beleived it to be my usage but now that's reduced markedly the fault still remains.

I need to fix it or move.
