I'm looking for an experienced Tech Support Representative with experience in Windows Hosting. We would prefer an in house rep working out of our Albany, New York office. However, this can be a remote (work from home) position for the right candidate.

You'll be providing e-mail support, chat support, and possibly some phone support. Skills required:

Windows 2000, 2003 Server
SQL 2000 Server
IMail and SmarterMail
Plesk and Hosting Controller
ASP.NET troubleshooting experience
Excellent DNS skills
Excellent oral and written communication a must.
Perfect English a must.
