Does anyone know of a good program that allows you to accept faxes without a fax machine. Any luck with http://www.efax.com

I tried the free version, it is complicated for the fax sender to send faxes to efax.
get an account and try it yourself.

are you looking for free or paid?

Although they used to offer toll-free without extensions, it seems that is no longer available, however, I use http://mail.computercurrents.com (service provided by canbox.com).

I've been using efax for over a year now and have never had a problem with it. Fast and very easy to use.

I've used jfax for 3/4 year or so, and have had very good results. I pay the $12.50 per month for a local number. I tried efax, but found that they sometimes lost faxes, i.e., folks told me they had sent me a fax, and it never came.

Yeah I have been using efax for about 1 year now (it helps cut down on bulk faxing to your local fax machine). Well, all of a sudden people said they sent faxes to me and I never got them. I have a fax machine at the office here , so I rolled over and tried to fax myself something and their system doesn't pick up. I have had problems with them for 1 month now =(.
