Can anyone recommend a program I can use to split 1 larger MP3 file into many smaller MP3 files? Just a simple MP3 file editing tool that runs in Windows?

Yep audacity is quality (I did a music tech degree so have used loads of different ones). Though if you want to pay for one I always found Soundforge very easy to use (only available on PC though).
