Hey guys im pretty confused about this right now. I have no idea why my forum works on my shared hosting account, but once i migrate over to my new vps it doesnt work.
What im wondering is what settings could be different on shared hosting thats not set on a fresh VPS? Maybe theres something in php.ini i should change. Im getting FATAL PHP errors when im on the VPS, but on Shared hosting everything works fine.
My vps host was using PHP 5.04 but they downgraded to 4.3.11 i believe. My shared hosting company uses PHP 4.4.2. My forum software is fully compatible with php 5 so im lost ;[. Theres no use in paying for a VPS if i can't run the scripts i need.
