I need a PHP programmer to develop a fake survey/quiz website.

The way it would work is a user signs up, creating a username and password and they'd get a special link (ie: www.mydomain.com/quiz?=30284 (http://www.mydomain.com/quiz?=30284) <--unique number for that user)

They then send that special link to their friends, their friends who visit that link are presented with a survey with questions that I can define from the admin panel. After their friend submits the fake survey, they can then log in to view their friends' embarassing answers.
