Network:
DS3s to AT&T and Digex(UUNet) using BGP. Fully Cisco-powered network. It was specifically designed to have no single point-of-failure using mirrored dual Cisco 12000 series routers and 6500 and 3500 series switches.

Data Center:
16,000 sq. ft. and located in Jacksonville, FL. Dual UPS battery arrays with diesel generator for 100% power uptime. Recently the city of Jacksonville experienced a city-wide power failure. The data center remained lit with zero downtime. If you're in the area, tour requests are welcomed.

Tech Costs:
We will assist with basic questions and howtos. For complex tech service, we charge $90 per hour.

I live here in Jacksonville, If I were to have a dedicated server or colo with your comapny would I beable to have access to it at the datacenter? For example if I colocated and needed to upgrade some hardware, Or even dedicated server could I swing by and do an OS upgrade from time to time?

Certainly. You'll need to be escorted by myself or someone else, but yes you can have physical access to your machine(s). The data center is right off of Butler and I-95.
