Where can i find a 4.3 Million Pixel Digital Camera i've only found a Fuji with that many pixels but im sure theres more? Is 4.3 the higest you can buy?

Cameras go up to 5mpixels now, but it isn't worth the extra money. Plus, the higher you go the more of a chance that the pixels are extrapolated. I happen to know that the Fuji Finepix4700 is a full 4.3 megapixel.
