bbdimension recently purchased a Site Builder CX license, although it works after installing it on the server, when a user installs it for there site, the license indicates that its a trial, we have tried contacting sitebuilder cx to see if they can resolve this for us however they never responded to our support ticket and was wondering has anyone else had the same problem?

we eventually got this working, it had been found out to be our server firewall, for some reason the sitebuilders cx website server ip had become blocked.
