You should send an e-mail to your web hosting company, they are the only one's that can tell you how to cancel it. Make sure that they cancel the recurring billing with whoever they use as their payment processor, this will stop your card being charged in the future.

If they have a helpdesk, open a ticket. If they have an email address for billing, email them. Make sure you receive a confirmation that your account has been canceled and your credit card will no longer be billed.
