I signed up with FDCServers.net about two days ago for their remote storage plan. But did not get any email acknowledgement or response from them since that time.

Before I signed up, Petr responded to my inquiries pretty fast, like within 4 hours of my questions. I have written to him since my sign up using my credit card but have not heard from him as yet.

Having no experience on signing up with them, I was wondering how long should I wait before I start panicking ?

Very weird. I sent Petr an email late yesterday before I went to bed and there was an answer waiting for me this morning and he's usually very promt in answering his email. Try sending another email to him or try contacting him via ICQ. Looks like your email might not have arrived for him to answer mine and not answer yours.

Thanks for your reply. Actually, I just sent him another email and see how that goes.

I remember receiving quick responses to my pre-sales queries across the weekend.

But now it is just complete silence after I place my order. Probably he is working on it now.

I do not have ICQ access. So will see how it goes with the email.
