I am hoping it's not more than $4/gig

If it is, how much do you charge for package upgrades to at least 50 gigs?

From their webpage:

Note: Bandwidth is sold in blocks starting at an effective rate of $3 per GB to as low as $2.80 per GB; Over Plan Bandwidth Rate $4/GB

A little expensive IMO. :)

Just curious,
In FAQ section you said that additional bandwith is US$3/gig and by default we got 1 IP Address.
But your shopping cart said that by default we got 2 IP address and additional bandwith is US$ 4/gig.

Which is true?

Also I was wondering how you measure the bandwith usage for each server? Using 95%ile rule, average or actual bytes transfered?
Since your uplink privider is DI, I guess that you will using 95%ile rule or average method ya?

Last questions,
How much money per hours for tech support assistance?
Can we run our own ns1.my-domain-name.com ?

Thx.

Actually, I have followed other threads about these guys and can tell you that they charge for bandwidth on an actual transfer basis. (special arrangements with DI) As for the price of bandwidth and number of IP's, I can't help you.

We provide 2 IP's for free, and can provide dns for you if need be. We actually charge on average bandwidth which is nearly 50% of the 95th percentile

Bandwidth is available in blocks, just pick the plan you are interested in, and then configure your bandwidth right there.

I am very interested in signing up, but from what I can see - I can't operate a server...

Mysitehost- You may want to get with them via humanclick. Their site still isn't 100% done (or at least might not be 100% accurate/current).

This is often true of any dedicated server provider. Often you can get a lower price simply by asking what the current price and configuration is for the server you are interested in. The specs change often, and as many will tell you, you shouldn't always go by the site of a dedicated host alone. Always ask...
